for Washoe County |

| The GT Parent Connection is a parent organization established
as a network for GT families and a communication link between parents, schools and the community. Members
in the GT Parent Connection include families in public schools, private schools, charter schools, and
homeschools. Volunteer parent liaisons serve as contact points for information at each school, and help
provide a way to connect with other GT families to develop opportunities for social contact, support, and
communication. The GT Parent Connection also serves as an avenue for parent input and feedback on GT programs
and needs in the community. The GT Parent Connection passes information to members relating to local and
state GT programs and events, and is a valuable resource for all GT families in Washoe County. Contact:Barbara Scheible
