Mission

Nevada Gifted and Talented, a statewide non-profit organization,
disseminates information, promotes research, fosters professional growth, and acts as a public advocate for effective
legislation and appropriate education in order to address the needs of Nevada's students with gifts and talents, their parents and educators.

Goals
|
- To disseminate information statewide on our organization and the needs of our students with gifts and talents.
- To promote research on the status of gifted education in Nevada.
- To foster professional growth of educators in the area of gifted education.
- To deliver parent education programs on the social emotional needs of their children and other parenting issues.
- To act as public advocates for effective legistlation at a local, state, and national level.
- To advocate for appropriate education programs in every district in Nevada.
